Kuta Central Park Hotel

The staff did their best to make it a pleasant experience for all the guest. I cannot say that about the hotel I am staying at right now in Surabaya, as some of the staff are a bit rude to guests.

The breakfast was very good and not too limited. I did not encounter one staff member that was not happy to see me. Great Job everyone at Kuta Central Park Hotel.

Room wasnt quiet, i woke up in the middle of the night someone shouting in the bar area. i was in the 2nd floor. still it can be heard to wake me

bath room does not have bidet shower, just a small old hand shower, no rain shower. the cleanliness is not perfect. old and rusty. could have cleaned better

Most of the services and facility are very good...It is very recommended to stay here for business or holiday.The swimming pool is cleanMany food variant food, drink, dessert and the taste is delicious...Nice place to stay...

Comfortable bed,AC worked very well ( cool ), high shower pressure ( warm water ),good variety food for breakfast ( I paid directly to hotel )...strategic locations,near food area..Definetly will stayed again when i go to Bali

The room was good. Great buffet breakfast. 3 supermarkets, a food center and some more restaurants nearby.

It is far from the sea and the central street. The pool is very small, the children's playground is very small and old. The corridors to the rooms are very long and complicated. The view is at some ruins, very sad and depressing.

I was far away from exit big inconvenience! Said I would have a pool or garden view! Ended up looking at a rusty building! Contacted staff regarding that and no choice to have a floor level! Gave to local people over western people

The memory of what it was 10yrs ago.

We walked into our room and it smelt like smoke strongly and the a/c was pitiful. We had to go through a labyrinth of corridors to get to our room and when we moved rooms the new room smelt like piss. We were staying at the same time as a school and the noise travelled through the corridors that made it sound like they were in our room talking, laughing, running and squealing. I had a cockroach in my shower and overall it just felt yuk.

The worse experience we ever had, we've booked 3 nights for a trial base on the review and photos., the, room need upgrade, sheets had noticible stains on, the air conditioning system has poor air quality making it difficult to breathe. We requested for a refund for the 2 remaining nights unfortunately we never received any response from booking.com since the booking is non refundable. We vacated the next morning and booked elsewhere.. we booked a villa elsewhere and it was good value and cheaper & cleaner.
